Schurmsee

Lake Schurmsee (elev. 794 m) is situated between Hundsbach and Schönmünzach covering an area of 1.6 ha. It is 13 m deep and has a volume of 180,000 cubic meters. It is located in a small nature reserve, far off the main roads and marked hiking trails. Because of its secluded location, this glacial lake remains the least known.
